本在[1]和[2]研究基础上，利用[1]、[2]中的分析模型和综合评价模型所得的结果。以及这两个结果正相关性。依据某大型国有企管理初级岗位3000多人的测试结果。采用最小错误率贝叶斯决策。构建了企业管理岗位初级人员招聘模型。此模型为企业根据企业化和价值观等来招聘符合企业要求的员工提供了一种方法。     

The Infrared Ray Transport in an N-Layered Matched Skin

Infrared ray (IR) has great potential in medical diagnosis and therapy. In order to detect tumor in skin, we set up the steady-state and time domain IR diffusion model of an n-layered matched medium with an infinitely thick. We utilize the diffuse equation to solve a five-layered infinite matched medium and obtain the accurate solution of a matched medium of the steady state and time domain in tissue. We compare the steady-state spatially resolved reflectance calculated with Monte-Carlo simulations. The Monte-Carlo simulation shows that the solution is valid. Our equation can be used to obtain the tumor information in medical diagnosis and therapy.

利用Rivlin和Shapiro提出的符号理论,证明了文献[10]中提出的第一类双变量Chebyshev多项式恰为所谓的Steiner区域上具有特殊首项的最小零偏差多项式,并由此导出了几类具有一定代数精度的数值积分公式.     

从相关测量的数据恢复超短激光脉冲的波形

本文证明了,只要测量了脉冲光强的二阶相关函数G~(2)(τ)和单延迟的三阶相关函数G~(3)(τ),便可以恢复超短激光脉冲的强度波形。并提出一种恢复脉冲波形的计算方法,编制了计算机程序,对实验数据作了处理,证实这种计算方法是可行的。在此基础上建议一种通过相关测量确定超短激光脉冲波形的新型仪器。

Large-deviation probabilities for maxima of sums of subexponential random variables with application to finite-time ruin probabilities

We establish an asymptotic relation for the large-deviation probabilities of the maxima of sums of subexponential random variables centered by multiples of order statistics of i.i.d.standard uniform random variables.This extends a corresponding result of Korshunov.As an application,we generalize a result of Tang,the uniform asymptotic estimate for the finite-time ruin probability,to the whole strongly subexponential class.     

完全区组设计下基于Aligned秩的有方向检验问题

本文基于Aligned秩给出了用于解完全区组设计有方向检验问题的, 我们称之为$C$-检验的检验方法. 本文分别对每个试验单元仅有一个观测值以及等重复观测值和不等重复观测值各种情形下的$C$检验进行了讨论, 并在原假设$H_0$成立时计算了上述各种情形下$C$检验统计量的数学期望和方差, 且证明了$C$检验统计量的渐近分布为正态分布.     

CVD全离散化的混合有限元解的数值模拟

在已有的对CVD化学方程半离散化和全离散化混合有限元解的存在性及其误差分析的基础上,对其全离散化混合有限元解进行了数值模拟,结果进一步表明了混合有限元解的高精度、易于计算的良好性质.     

Corrigendum to “A note on the Loewenstein–Prelec theory of intertemporal choice” [Math. Social Sci. 52 (1) (2006) 99–108]

In a critique of the Loewenstein and Prelec [Loewenstein G., Prelec D., 1992. Anomalies in intertemporal choice: Evidence and an interpretation. The Quarterly Journal of Economics 107, 573–597] theory of intertemporal choice, [al-Nowaihi, A., Dhami, S., 2006. A note on the Loewenstein–Prelec theory of intertemporal choice. Mathematical Social Sciences 52, 99–108] point out four errors. One of the alleged errors was that the elasticity of the value function in prospect theory is decreasing. But it is in fact increasing. We provide a correction and a formal proof. As a corollary, we show that the elasticity of the value function is bounded between zero and one. Nevertheless, all the remaining points in [al-Nowaihi, A., Dhami, S., 2006. A note on the Loewenstein–Prelec theory of intertemporal choice. Mathematical Social Sciences 52, 99–108] remain valid
